CONSULTING DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM AIESEC’s newest program offers students the chance to receive training in consulting frameworks from our partner external consulting company, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). This training will allow them to better serve in their roles of helping develop the operations and performance of the local committees in the region. At the end of this program students will be evaluated and given a consulting certification by PwC.
Training & Framework
Members have the opportunity to have a local office as a case study and get hands-on experience in consulting by visiting the local office and consulting them on how to grow their operations. Frameworks and education will be provided by PwC. This training can take the form of in-person training at regional and national conferences hosted by AIESEC United States, e-learning materials, and peer-educated seminars at local committees.
Coaching & Consultation
After receiving training in consulting, members will be responsible for increasing the organizational performance of the assigned local office. Consulting visits, coaching, performance reviews, and more enable participants to understand the value of consulting.
