We have organised another exciting, fun-filled Vacation Care program ensuring that the children are provided with play and leisure opportunities that are meaningful to them and support their wellbeing, learning and development. Children require neat, casual clothes, a shady hat, sports shoes only (as a safety requirement, children will be asked to leave and return with the appropriate footwear) and have sunscreen applied before attending Vacation Care. Children will have sunscreen reapplied throughout the day. 

According to our Bookings and Cancellation Policy, please remember that a cancellation must be made within 2 working days notice or an administration fee of $20.00 will be charged for that session.

Please send along a named exercise book with your child. We would like to use this as our communication book with you.

Spare clothes need to be packed in bags in case of messy activities or accidents.

Lunch boxes – please pack a nutritious morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and water bottle each day. We encourage and recommend fresh fruits, sandwiches, cheese, crackers, yoghurts etc. Please refrain from high sugar/high fat foods.

On the program where it is written ‘All food supplied’, we will provide morning and afternoon tea and lunch for the children.

Please note that expensive items from home are not permitted except where they are requested as part of a particular day’s program.

Medical requirements: please ensure that your child brings their medication required (e.g. Asthma Puffer, epi-pen, anti-histamines) and complete the Administration of Medication permission form.

Emergency and evacuation drills will occur during the Vacation Care program to ensure the safety of your children.

All staff would like to wish families a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. We thank you for supporting our program. Kind regards, Michele Wright DIRECTOR OF LOWER PRIMARY
