Distraction is an essential element in the pediatric healing process. Pediatric patients will spend the majority of their time in bed. This unit has a concealed head wall, removing fear from the patient upon entering a hospital room. A virtual aquarium will be displayed overhead on a built in LED screen. The wall panel across from the patients’ bed will contain a built in television. Twenty somethings, who enjoy crisp modern vibes, as well as the young at heart, who prefer classic elements with clean lines, are served by Par Tee’s. As a modern golf apparel company, Par Tee’s takes their clientele to where they are most passionate, where they bond, and strive to exceed goals, and a place where achievements are celebrated and created. The movement and topography of the golf course are reflected in the corporate office design for Par Tee’s. The smooth, crisp, and sharp lines of the course are reflected in the navigation of the renovated historic space. Par Tee’s advocates for the environment and preservation by maintaining elements of the existing building such as keeping the existing brick and refinishing the wood floors to give a sense of nature throughout the space. While adding light shelves will be placed on the West, East, and South Windows to reflect natural light more efficiently throughout the workspaces and into offices. Day lighting controllers will be installed to automatically switch in response to changes in natural day lighting, this will allow for a more pleasing environment while reducing the environmental footprint. Par Tee’s images is supported through the design with the colors of their brand simple bright bold greens and whites, with some pop’s of classic elements along with the movement of the course. When walking through the space overhead there are canopies that flow throughout resembling the topography of the golf course giving the staff a connection to the course such as when their clients are wearing Par Tee’s apparel.
