FLEX-FLASH ® is a 40-mil thick thru-wall / surface-mount flashing formulated with Elvaloy® Kee.* Unlike liquid plasticizers, Elvaloy® does not migrate out of the membrane keeping it flexible, workable and tough. Its remarkable physical and chemical properties make FLEX-FLASH® the ideal choice for a flashing system that is tougher than the elements.
