What do I receive as part of the Service Recognition Programme?

The Service Recognition Programme includes two key elements of rewards: 1. Length of service awards will be rewarded via our loyalty platform Relish Rewards. Service Recognition awards will range in value from €100 – €1,000 depending on the anniversary milestone achieved. Colleagues will also receive a certificate and service pin as part of the rewards pack. 2. New Service Leave Entitlement which will recognise length of service as follows: · 1 Additional days leave for colleagues with 5 Full Years’ Service as of 1st January. · A further 1 additional days leave for colleagues with 10 Full Years’ Service as of 1st January. * This additional leave is only available to colleagues whose current entitlement is at statutory minimums in ROI/NI. ** F or this first, introductory year, each Colleague who is between two anniversary milestones will also be awarded the benefit of the last milestone they would have reached (i.e. a colleague with 22 years’ experience will be awarded the 20 year award as an exception for this first introductory year only).

What if my anniversary takes place during the 2022 calendar year?
A
If your anniversary milestone takes place during the 2022 calendar year this milestone will be recognised in 2023.

Where can I check my entitlement for the new Service Leave days?
A
Your new annual Service Leave entitlement will be visible and available for you to book via our new Employee Self Service HR Platform. This will update annually based on your length of service on 1st January each year.
