Aunty Toyan’s Poi Mochi Balls

Directions 1. Mix water & sugar well until no lumps. 2. Add Mochiko & mix well. 3. Using a teaspoon, drop poi mixture into frying oil. Cook until brown. 4. While cooking, you have to keep trying to keep them from sticking together. 5. Blot on paper towel. Enjoy!!
