Ingredients: 1 lb Mahimahi, sliced 3â€? pieces Marinade: 1 tbsp Sugar 1 tsp Salt 1 tbsp Sake 1 tsp Curry Powder 2 tbsp Cornstarch 1 tbsp Shoyu
Directions: 1. Marinade fish pieces for about 30 minutes. 2. Dip in egg and water mixture (1 egg with a dash of water) 3. Dip in Panko or cornflake crumbs. 4. Fry in a pan with oil covering bottom of pan.
