Ingredients: 1/2 lb Beef, sliced 3 tbsp Oil Marinade: 1-1/2 lb Shoyu 2 tsp Cornstarch 1 tbsp Wine 1 tbsp Sesame Oil Dash of Pepper
Directions 1. Mix marinade & soak beef for a few minutes. 2. Saute vegetables, sprinkle salt & fry for 2 minutes. 3. Remove to platter. 4. Heat oil in same skillet & fry meat mixture until medium rare (2-3 minutes). 5. Add vegetables & mix well. 6. Combine Glaze and add to vegetable-beef. Cook for a minute to thicken.
Glaze: 1 tsp Cornstarch 2 tsp Shoyu 1/3 cup Water
