Synergy One Lending

WHAT WE’RE MADE OF Synergy One Lending was built around a few simple Building Blocks: Transparency and education are the cornerstones of our organization. We conduct ourselves in a manner that places our clients' interests above our own while providing a process that is precise and consistent. We only hire people who embody our Core Values, and we equip them with the best products and systems to execute at the highest level. Hiring the best talent means we strive to set the bar in everything we do. Our hiring process uniquely includes reputational and background checks and a stringent interview process. High expectations create a continual cultivation of excellence in our team members, which means an incredible experience for you. Our Core Values shape our culture, and their execution is mastered daily by our TEAM. Alignment of interests is a critical but often overlooked component of successfully managing a growing enterprise. Our goal is to consistently serve the needs of our constituents, including our borrowers and referring partners, so everything we do rewards that specific outcome. Synergy One accomplishes this through a strategic ownership program, servant leadership, and constant collaboration with our employees, community, and customers. We turn your feedback into immediate change for the better.

JESSICA GETZ NMLS #1513861

Jessica Getz is originally from South Lake Tahoe where she spent her summers swimming and boating, and her winters skiing and snowboarding. She came to San Diego in early 2007 to embrace the warm weather and live with one of her two sisters. Jessica enjoys shopping, dancing and live music. At a very young age, her Father taught her how to Roller skate and she can often be spotted gliding down the Mission Beach boardwalk.

Jessica has been in the Real Estate industry for over 10 years in various departments ranging from Escrow to Appraisal Management and then finally settling into Mortgages. It seems this business runs in her blood as her father also worked in the same industry in several key roles from Real Estate Agent to Hard Money Lender. Jessica has been in customer service for over 15 years, consistently exceeding client expectations from initial contact through post-sales follow-up. Though her job titles have changed, she still holds the strong belief that the most important factor is helping her clients achieve their ultimate goals. Jessica is a highly motivated, energetic professional that will be with you throughout the loan process to ensure you have every question answered with effortless ease. Though Jessica is now on the financing side of the loan process, being in the Real Estate world for over a decade has allowed Ms. Getz to experience the cyclical ebb and flow of the market. Through this time, she has stood by the industry and embraced all of the changes of new rules and regulations. She is analytical and organized with the proven ability to identify client needs, make recommendations and implement effective solutions. You can trust that Jessica will take you by the hand each step along the way with attention to every detail and finesse.

Jessica can be reached at 530.318.2278 or by email jgetz@s1lending.com
