What will I study?
This course will develop practical skills in media production. It explores the creativity, technical skills and research within a wide range of media disciplines. You will apply your skills using a range of industry-standard software for video editing, web design, motion graphics and special effects.
A variety of subjects covering the graphic design
Units of study include: • Creative & Media Sector • 3D Animation • Music Video production • Motion Graphics & Compositing • Drawing Concept Art for Computer Games. The course has two pathways: • Media Production • Games Design. Study areas include: • Understanding Video Technology • Film & Video Editing Techniques • Computer Games Design • Web Animation for Interactive Media.

What could I do next? This qualification is accepted for Degree study in film-making, media production, special effects and compositing courses. On successful completion you will be able to progress on to university level courses in these areas.
