HOW DO I PURCHASE A MEMBERSHIP PRODUCT? Swim Central allows entities (i.e. clubs, regions, states etc.) to sell products (e.g. memberships) to participants. Participants who purchase a membership product with an entity will form a relationship (i.e. become a member) with that entity. For help logging in for the first time click here.
CLICK HERE TO ACCESS SWIM CENTRAL STEP 1. Navigate to Swim Central in your device’s internet browser and complete the sign in process. Please note, if you don’t know your password please complete the forgot password process. STEP 2. From your ‘My Family’ page: o
Select yourself and enter your family administration pin You will need to ensure the pin has been entered to complete any transactions. However, you can unlock at any time using the ‘Padlock’ icon located in the navigation bar at the top of the screen.
Select the member of your family who you wish to shop for to impersonate them / act on their behalf. Keep in mind, you can always tell who you’re currently impersonating using the blue locator bar.
Select the ‘Shopping’ tile and search for your Club You could also search for membership products at a certain venue using ‘Finder’
Select a membership product to view more information and ‘Add to Trolley’ You can end the impersonation at any point, using the ‘End Impersonation’ button located at the bottom right of the screen, which will allow selection of another family member to continue adding products to your shopping trolley for all members of your family.
STEP 3. Once you have ‘added to trolley’ all membership products for your family, you can check out through your ‘Shopping Trolley’ accessible from the navigation bar at the top of the screen. If you don’t complete the transaction at this point, your trolley will be placed in your ‘My Purchases’ tile to finalise or cancel at a later date. A confirmation email will be sent after successful processing.
Please note, to maintain the security of payment processing in Swim Central, purchases of $0 will also require credit card details.
