HOW DO I PURCHASE A PRODUCT (E.G. MEMBERSHIP)? Swim Central allows entities (i.e. clubs, regions, states etc.) to sell products (e.g. memberships) to participants. Participants who purchase a membership with an entity will form a relationship – become a member - with that entity. CLICK HERE TO ACCESS SWIM CENTRAL STEP 1. Navigate to Swim Central in your device’s internet browser. Select ‘Sign In’ and complete the sign in process. Please note, if you do not know your password or have yet to set one up please complete the forgot password process. STEP 2. You will be redirected to your landing screen – which will be one of the below options. §

Option 1: If you do not have a family, this will be your ‘Home’ screen. o From here, you can shop for a product or membership product by selecting the ‘Shopping’ tile o You can search using ‘Finder’ to locate products (e.g. a membership) at a certain venue, or you can use the keyword search. o Select product to view more information and to ‘Add to Trolley’ Option 2: If you have a family, this will be your ‘My Family’ page. o Your family administration pin will need to be entered to complete any transactions. Unlock using the ‘Padlock’ icon located in the navigation bar at the top right of the screen. o Select the member of your family who you wish to shop for to impersonate them. You can always tell who you are currently impersonating using the blue locator bar. o Select the ‘Shopping’ tile and search using ‘Finder’, which will show products (e.g. memberships) at a certain venue, or search using the keyword search field. o Select product to view more information and ‘Add to Trolley’. o You can end the impersonation at any point, using the ‘End Impersonation’ button located at the bottom right of the screen, which will allow selection of another family member to continue adding products to your shopping trolley for all members of your family.

STEP 3. Once you have added all products for yourself and/or your family you can check out through your ‘Shopping Trolley’ accessible from the navigation bar at the top right of the screen. Please note, to maintain the security of payment processing in Swim Central, purchases of $0 will also require credit card details. Need further help?
