About the Author John Breslin SC is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin and Christ’s College, Cambridge. He is a barrister practising in the chancery and commercial areas and has acted in a number of high-profile cases, including the first company law case to go to the European Court of Justice under the EU Insolvency Regulation. He has contributed to a large number of Irish, UK and international periodicals on issues relating to banking, financial services and corporate law.
