Masterplanned as one of the India’s first fully “Masterplanned Modern Agricultural Community”, 350 acre “UrbanHarvest Project” would be fully centered around organic farming, growing of food, support and maintainenceof farms through an organized co-operative.
The project will primarily be developed to provide organic farming plots with cabins/cottages, soil beds, dedicated compost and tool storage areas, animal sheds and stables and informal sitting areas. The agricultural community
will also consist complimentary areas such as animal farms, a visitor’s center, horseback trail, health & wellness center amidst farms, yoga/retreat center and more importantly a market square which will house weekly farmers market, culinary school, organic restaurant and a farmers/members co-operative. The Cooperative
will foster a sense of community amongst the residents and take the responsiblity to manage and operate the farms when the residents are away in the city, provide technical knowhow.
