Check It Out Itâ€™s a Ball Game
t is embarrassing to talk about and definitely not something you want to share with your mates or sometimes even your girlfriend. But it is not something you should ignore. Things can go wrong with your testicles gradually or even very fast indeed. Checking yourself regularly is the name of the ball game. Knowing exactly how your testicles feel and what they look like is very important. Therefore, if any changes were to occur, you can seek medical advice quickly. A few conditions that affect the testicles are serious, however, most are not, so obsessing and worrying about it for no good reason is not necessary. Whether you are in the shower or the comfort
of your bedroom, allocate a few minutes, once a month, to check yourself over.
Single Biggest Cause of Cancer Related Deaths
The key signs you need to look for are as follows: A lump in one testicle Pain and tenderness in either testicle. Discharge from the penis Blood in the sperm at ejaculation. A build-up of fluid inside the scrotum. A heavy or dragging feeling in the groin or scrotum.An enlargement of the breasts with or without tenderness and, yes guys do have breasts. Now you know what you should be looking for, you need to know how to check you testicles properly. Examine
the scrotum, looking for any lumps on the skin or swellings inside. Cradle the whole scrotum and testicles in the palm of your hand and feel the difference between the testicles. One is almost always larger and lying lower. This is completely normal. Examine each testicle in turn, and then compare them with each other. Use both hands and gently roll each testicle between thumb and forefinger. Testicular cancer represents only 1 per cent of all cancers in men, but it is the single biggest cause of cancer-related deaths in men aged 15 to 35 years in the UK. But, just because you find something, it does not mean you have cancer. There are many conditions that may cause a lump in your testicles. After performing a self examination, if you do find a lump, do not panic and get yourself to the doctors to be on the safe side. JUICE << 09

Be Your Own Breast Friend

Why get a tattoo? What are the advantages and disadvantages of having one? And how do you care for them?
ntil recent years tattoos have been seen as quite rough, common things to get, but with more and more studios popping up and programmes like LA Ink, they are becoming more and more acceptable in modern society. So why get a tattoo? It’s a decision that has to be thought out carefully, because it’s permanent. There are many reasons to get tattoos, one is a form of memorial to a close one or even pet that has been lost or in memory of a point in your life, whether it’s a struggle with illness or even drugs or alcohol abuse. Another is as a way of commitment; the most common is for a partner. Probably one of the biggest reasons that people get tattoos is to show a lifestyle, maybe an interest or even just a cool design. Just like anything, tattoos come with disadvantages. The main one is to do with jobs. Although becoming more accepting in recent years, employers are still very picky about candidates. If
you have tattoos that are visible, then you tend to stand less chance of getting the job than someone without. Another disadvantage is that they are permanent and only fade but never disappear. The only way to get rid of them is through laser surgery, which is very painful. Along with making sure that the design that you have chosen is perfect for you, you’ve got to make another important decision: where to go. Remember that if you go for the cheap option then your probably not going to get good quality. You don’t want this because if you need to get the tattoo touched up then it’s going to hurt twice as much as the
first time. It’s also important to check the studio’s licence there are too many studios that aren’t licensed these days.

had done, it is important that you donâ€™t remove your bandage for a minimum of two hours. The reason for this is that it is a form of wound and you want to avoid infection as much as possible. The only exception is if some kind of plastic has been used to cover the tattoo, because you donâ€™t want to suffocate it. vJust like a cut when you remove the bandage, you want to do it carefully. The fresh air will allow the tattoo breathe and begin to heal. vAfter removing your bandage you want to clean your tattoo to remove any blood, excess ink, etc. To do this use 16 >> JUICE
lukewarm water and antibacterial soap, patting with a dry cloth. Try not to rub. vDuring the healing process you need to avoid too much water. Showers will be fine but swimming and baths are out of the question for a good couple of weeks.
Give Your Tattoo the Right Care vYou should then massage some healing ointment into the skin and do this for the first few days of having the tattoo.
After that you should move to a plain skin ointment that is free of any chemicals that would cause irritation or damage to the tattoo. vThe Sun can be a big danger to your tattoo. For the first two weeks of having your tattoo, refrain from tanning and then if you must after that apply SPF 50 to avoid fading. vAfter a few days of having your tattoo you will notice a slight scabbing of your tattoo. It is important for you to make sure not to scratch or pick as you could cause permanent damage.

Music can be an important part of your exercise. Not only can it distract you from time, meaning you spend longer on the treadmill than you normally would, it also provides a steady rhythm for you to work to.
