President’s Letter Hello Key Clubbers! First of all, I want to thank all of you for being really supportive for the executive boards first month as leaders for this great club. I know this path has a lot of hurdles, full of mistakes and downfalls, and we really appreciate the patience you all have kept with us. April is always the most exciting month for Key Club because of the event of the year: DCON. The experience at the district convention this year was absolutely amazing. I really cannot describe it with words because just thinking about it I get a mixture of all the crazy memories I made. The board and I learned a lot about how we can improve our club and make it an exciting place to be. The biggest message that I came back with from DCON was the idea of agape, or love. As members of Key Club, you have the job of spreading a positive energy through your actions and choices. However, always take the initiative to do something nice for someone just because you can. This is one of Key Club’s biggest missions and we want Skyline to be fulfilling it as well! This year has gone by super fast and May is already here! Finish up those hours Key Clubbers! We want to acknowledge all of you as Key Club International Members and be proud that our club has just made some of tomorrow’s leaders and benefactors. Before I end my newsletter, I just want to mention one last thing. Key Clubbers, the board and I need all the help we can get from you guys. Please give us any feedback you have about how we can improve our club and make it something all of you look forward to! I hope you seniors and juniors have great IB exams and for all of you Relay for Life people, I cannot wait to get to know all of you! Keep up the service Skyline! -Vidhi Singh, Club President

Fundraising Updates

 Skyline High School DCON Fundraiser: To increase DCON attendance and help our key clubbers pay for their trip to the annual District Convention, we organized the Popcorn Palace Fundraiser which provides the club with a 50% profit margin. The fundraiser has shown significant results and increased the number of members that attended DCON from last year to this year.
