CLUB RUSH Ideas: pamphlets, Spirit Gear flaunting, sign in page for contact information, scrapbooking, etc. I will be creating a Division 65 family tree so you will have that as a reference for all of your club members! FIRST CLUB MEETINGS The first meeting is one of the most important meetings of the year. Please keep it well organized, informative, but also fun! Icebreakers, Key Club 101 Information, food, games, etc. Do whatever you please but keep in mind the well-being of your club and club members! Projects are required every single meeting. It is helpful to have take home fliers or informational agendas for the club members to keep. Lastly, please make sure that your club members learn the cheer AND the pledge. Good luck! NOTE TO SELF: Forest Grove High School and Aloha High School still need bells... SPIRIT STICK SIGNING I will bring the stick to every Key Club DCM for signing. Schools will rotate keeping it for the rest of the year. The order of schools receiving the stick will be in alphabetical order. Please refer to the cover of this edition. MISCELLANEOUS THOUGHTS/PROBLEMS/QUESTIONS/CONCERNS We have a club executive board at every high school because there is a lot of work that goes into coordinating meetings and projects. Please make sure that you are doing your best and upholding the commitments you made during your Key Club elections. This has always been a policy: Club Executive Board Members will be impeached if they do not perform their expected tasks. More discussion will take place soon. CLOSING PLEDGE I, Lieutenant Governor of Division 65, officially adjourn this DCM at 3:33PM on Sunday, August 26, 2012.
