HOA DUES & WHAT IT COVERS

COURTYARD HOA There will be a Home Owner's Association at the Courtyards at City Dock. The HOA will not include homeowner's insurance. Owners are responsible to acquire individual policies on their homes. The HOA dues will maintain the Common Areas and Courtyards of each Unit including the following maintenance: MOWING 36 times per year - Cut and edge all grass inside fenced “Courtyard”

GROUND COVER 2 Times per year (March and September) - Add additional Pine Straw
