The Site is located near the train station of Hinwil. The existing residential building will be gently renovated and a new building will be added. The construction standard of the existing building will be adapted to today’s needs. All four apartments will have spacious balconies. The location of the new apartment building creates a spacious courtyard between the old and new. The courtyard is designed as a green area and remains car-free. The neighbouring buildings and the existing landscape influence the shape of the new building. Therefore it fits quite naturally into the environment. The new building contains four flats, which each include three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a generous living and dining area as well as a open kitchen. The living and the dinning areas each have two loggias, which orientate to southeast and southwest.
