Services for Individual Youth Athletes
Initial Assessment & Programming A number of field tests, a screening report and a 6 week S&C programme tailored to the developmental stage and physical competence of the athlete.
1:1 Coaching with Paediatric S&C Specialist Delivery of training session (approx. 1 hour) available to children and adolescents of all abilities and ages. Typical sessions can include a variety of: Fundamental movement development (bending, jumping, landing, squatting…) Corrective exercise Mobility and flexibility Agility drills Speed and 'quickness' drills Strength and power development Endurance and metabolic conditioning Injury rehabilitation
Services for Youth Teams The following performance testing packages are highly recommended for preseason/summer training in the build up to competition. They will allow teachers and coaches to closely monitor the progression of their athletes, and will aid development of the various physical abilities typically found within age-group teams
Primary Screening Implemented externally (at your school/sports club). Includes a basic field testing battery and team performance report: Developmental age assessment Fundamental movement screening Lower body power tests Sprint testing

Training Sessions for Youth Teams Our highly-qualified S&C coaches are readily available for team training sessions. Depending on the needs of the athletes and coaches, we can deliver a variety of sessions that span 1â€“3 hours and cover multiple areas of S&C training, including: Speed, agility and quickness Match-specific conditioning Strength and power Competition preperation Match recovery Typically, to maximise the availability and variety of training, we recommend that these sessions are delivered at Surrey Sports Park. At your discretion, these training sessions can be organised in conjunction with other activities available here (sports lab assessments, educational seminars etc.) to offer the full elite sport experience to your athletes. Catering is also available for day trips. Our coaching team are also available to undertake training sessions at your school/sports club on request. These bespoke sessions can be designed to your specific needs dependent upon athlete numbers, location and overall training objectives.
