BENVENUTI - WELCOME cattura i turisti, dove si usa fare shopping o sedere ai tavoli dei bar o dei tanti ristoranti di prim’ordine, dove si visitano le antiche chiese, gli androni di palazzi nobiliari o i musei. Per i turisti Sorrento è una continua emozione, una suggestione che prende tutti e che trasporta in un mondo da sogno. Da sempre Sorrento è il paese dell’amore e degli innamorati! ome Sindaco di questa terra dove storia e mito si fondono, dove le bellezze della natura fanno una cosa sola con le opere dell’uomo, dove è più che secolare la cultura dell’accoglienza, mi piace dare un caloroso benvenuto agli ospiti di questa città che non ha eguali al mondo. In questi mesi estivi è stato predisposto per gli ospiti di Sorrento un nutrito cartellone di eventi che, spero, incontreranno il gradimento di tutti: musica classica, leggera e jazz, mostre di pittura ecc. Sorrento è anche mare con la sua costa segnata da spiagge e spiaggette, è anche colline con il loro antico reticolo di stradine che le collegano alla città. Ma è il centro cittadino che t

For the summer months a rich calendar of events has been prepared for Sorrento’s guests which I will hope will be enjoyed by all: classical, light and jazz music, and art exhibitions etc. Sorrento is also its waters and coast dotted with beaches and coves, and its hills with their age-old network of winding lanes linking to the town. But it is the town centre that captures the hearts of tourists - browsing the shops or sitting at the tables in the bars or first class restaurants, or where the old churches, the grand entrances of noble palazzi and museums are all there to be explored. For the tourists, Sorrento is one never-ending emotion, enchantment that ably entices you into its magical world of dreams.
