It has(a single tablespoon of ghee) 469 KJ of energy. 3.678 g of monounsaturated fat and 0.473 g of polyunsaturated fat present in it. It also has 0.04g of protein content. It has fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, K. It has a high smoke point of 250 C.
