CRISPY SQUID INGREDIENTS •Squid •Olive oil •Breadcrumbs •One egg •A lemon

PREPARATION •Cut the squid into strips. •Beat the egg and do the strips in the breadcrumbs. •Fry the squid trips in a frying pan for only a few minutes. •Serve the squid strips. •Squeeze the lemon on.

PREPARATION • First, wash the lettuce leaves and cut them up. Put them into a bowl. • Then, peel the potatoes and boil them. • Meanwhile, peel and slice the onions and the tomatoes. • Add some olives to the bowl • Mix all the ingredients. • Season with salt, oil and vinegar.

2 eggs Grated cheese Olive oil Salt Parsley

PREPARATION • Crack the eggs in a bowl and beat them quickly. • Sprinkle the grated cheese and a bit of salt to into the bowl. • Pout some oil in a frying pan and heat the oil. • Pour in the beaten eggs and cook for a few minutes. • Fold the omelet in half and then remove from the frying pan. • Serve in a plate and sprinkle over the parsley.

Peel and chop the banana. Squeeze some lemon with the juicer. Put the bananas and the lemon juice together. Then, break the ice. Mix everything with sugar. Finally, serve the smoothie in a glass.

CHEESY NACHOS INGREDIENTS •Nacho cheese corn chips •Cheese PREPARATION •Put corn chips into a big bowl. •Spread some cheese over the chips. •Put the chips into the oven. •Cook until the cheese melted. •Serve in a big plate.


SPAGHETTI BOLOGNESA INGREDIENTS •250g Spaghetti •Tomato sauce •Some water •150g ground meat •¼ of grated cheese •Olive oil •A bit of salt PREPARATION •Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. •Add the ground meat and cook for 10 minutes. •Add the tomato sauce and cook over medium heat. •Meanwhile, pour some water into the pot and boil it. •Then put the pasta into the pot. •Strain the pasta and sprinkle with cheese. •Season with salt.


STRONG PIZZA

INGREDIENTS

•A pizza dough •2 bacon slices •A cup of tomato sauce •A chunk of cheese •1 chicken breast •2 ham slices •2 pork sausages •Parsley PREPARATION

•Spread a layer tomato sauce over the dough of our pizza. •Grate the cheese and sprinkle with it in the dough. •Chop the pork sausages, the ham and the chicken. •Mince the bacon. •Add all the ingredients to the pizza. •Sprinkle the pizza with parsley. •Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 200º or until golden. •Serve the pizza. STRAWBERRIES WITH CHOCOLATE INGREDIENTS • Liquid chocolate • Cream • Strawberries PREPARATION • First, cut the strawberries leaves. • Then, put all the strawberries in a plate, creating a kind of mountain. • Meanwhile, put the chocolate in a sauce pan during 10 minutes. • Pour the hot chocolate on the strawberries and add some cream around them.
