HALIFAX BOAT SHOW - Back Cove 33 on Display The Back Cove 33 is one of those simple, understated yachts that creates wide smiles for her owners. During the 2010 Halifax Boat Show we will be displaying our Back Cove 33 (which has been sold). If you want one call us pre show; there is only one 2010 Back Cove 33 available and she has a Cummins 425hp dsl in a blue hull. The 33 below deck offers a large, comfortable vee-berth, a convertible L-settee with a beautifully inlaid salon table and to starboard, a large head with separate stall shower. On the helm deck, a full galley stretches out aft of the helm seat and to port is a dinette where four adults can sit to enjoy a meal. The inlaid table is a fine example of the Maine boat builder's craftsmanship and tradition, which is evident throughout the Back Cove 33.

Forward of the dinette, a double mate's seat is a comfortable perch for the navigator. The helm deck is airy and bright with overhead hatches, opening side windows and a center opening windshield. A Stidd helm chair provides comfort for the helmsman underway. In her cockpit a large bench seat allows comfortable lounging while underway or when anchored in a peaceful cove. Engine access is extraordinary, as the helm deck, including the port side dinette, raises to expose the yacht's mechanical systems. Contact us for details on the only remaining Back Cove 33 for 2010; we'd like to see your smile!

THIS WEEKS FEATURED BROKERAGE BOAT: 1985 Aztec Nautilus 11m (36')- $95,000

Just after New Year's about four years ago the current owner's found this well designed pilothouse sailboat. It was to be a boat of transition for their family. From an open cockpit sailboat to something a bit more comfortable. And now, according to plan, they are moving on to a trawler. Well kept by a fussy owner, this Nautilus 11m presents itself in a rare category of dual station sailboats; rare in that it sails very well! Manufactured by Aztec Yachts with the same hull design as a C & C 37. This boat is comfortable and enjoyable to sail in all weather conditions. The inside steering station has a height adjusting seat and large windows all around that keep it bright and warm. Easily sailed by a couple or solo. Covered for the off season, viewable by appointment.
