UTOPIA DOG GRADUATES 3 Single Gals - Available Now! Meet “Loraina”, “Fiesta” and “Kimmie” - recent graduates of the Canine UTOPIA program (a partnership between the Tallahassee Animal Service Center and the Taylor Correctional Institution (TCI) in Perry, FL).
