INDULGE YOUR TEAM...
... IN THE GREAT OUTDOORS! SkyTrek Adventure Park has developed and innovative and exciting team building program set amongst the tall cedars of the BC interior. Built to inspire leadership, strong teamwork and boost morale, SkyTrek’s Team building program is a cost effective way to enhance your team’s solidarity while providing an amazing and lasting experience for each member. Throughout the half day Eco‐Adventure, teams will challenge themselves, and each other in a series of dynamic high ropes obstacle courses, and thrilling team exercises built to strengthen the core values of your team. THE EXPERIENCE The Team building program is a series of games, courses and unique challenges tailor made to suit the values and requirements of your team. Every team is as diverse and unique as its members, so too are our packages. Upon arrival you will be greeted by your head guide, who will outline the various activities and objectives of the games built for your team. The packages are always built for every level of participant, from a true "ground Lover" to the hard‐core climber. Teams function best as a whole, therefore all games keep each member’s comfort level in mind. SAFETY At SkyTrek Adventure Park, your team’s safety is of Paramount concern. All of the equipment is routinely inspected, and is of the highest standard. In addition, all participants are walked through an interactive safety training program detailing each piece of equipment, its proper application, and a practical demonstration of our safety requirement. For more details on these or other Games offered, please feel free to contact us at 250‐837‐9477 (Off season: 250‐ 837‐8673).
THE HIGH ROPES CHALLENGE COURSE The High Ropes course is our signature Team building element, featuring a massive series of obstacles set high amongst the forest's canopy. Green course sets the stage for an introduction to the games, with Blue and Black courses taking your team up to 40 ft. high and through ziplines, tarzan jumps and the always brutal, swinging logs. If you’re looking for a true outdoor challenge, you've just met it.
From easy to challenging, we’ve got you covered: 9 9 9 9 9
7 ziplines (Longest one: 35m) Suspension bridges Ladders & Nets Climbing wall There’s even a skateboard 7 meters up!
SKYTREK HIGH ROPES CHALLENGE COURSE PROGRAM Safety Training Session: The Adult Program starts with a safety training session. The guides will teach you about your equipment, and how to climb your way through the High Ropes Course properly and safely. Green course (easy): An introduction to the games. This course builds on the safety training and sets you up for higher levels. Blue course (intermediate): Those confident with their new skills can advance on to the Blue course. The games are harder, higher and faster. Black course (the ultimate challenge): After a successful mastery of both Green and Blue, you’re welcome to try the Black course. At over 40 ft. high, this course is not for the faint of heart. Swinging logs, massive swings, and even a skateboard will make you earn this level! We are a strong advocate of Challenge by Choice, meaning you can choose the difficulty that suits yourself. If one course is a challenge, and is your limit, you can choose to end after the course. Or, if you are up for further challenge, you can proceed to the next course. "TIER staff greatly appreciated the dedication and professionalism of the SkyTrek Team during our recent visit, our staff were encouraged to challenge themselves individually and as a team, and step outside their comfort levels in a safe outgoing manor. We highly recommend this experience for any team building activity that is both exhilarating and rewarding for the participants." Tier Support Services Ltd
THE ADVENTURE TOWER Our newest feature, the Adventure Tower, boasts 5 adrenaline filled games.
Climbing Wall: Navigating your way up our 35 ft. high wall is demanding enough, but as a team building exercise, the emphasis is on partnership. Each game on the wall is designed to incorporate open communication, support and trust through a series of demanding climbs and team objectives.
Jacobs ladder: This dynamic team challenge gets progressively harder as you and your teammate assist each other up a slick ladder made of giant logs. Create "human bonds" to reach the top, but watch the logs...the higher you go, the further they are.
Loggers Climb: The loggers Climb is a string of "floating" logs created to challenge and build the groups inner dynamic. Focusing on a team’s self confidence, the games will brew courage from even the most unsuspecting member.
Net Climb: This friendly, multi coloured net has a dark side. Once used as a Navy Seals Training tool, we have developed a number of intense climbing challenges focusing on leadership and team motivation.
Sky Swing: Sky Swing is a 35 ft. high pendulum swing built for two. The exhilarating rush of the game only builds as you’re slowly drawn up the face of our climbing wall, then set free as you swing through the trees on this massive structure. A game purely based on testing your mettle.
Sky Drop: Need a vertical boost? Sky Drop lets you base jump from the tower in full free fall until it brings you to a stop, just feet above the ground.
