FOOD & BEVERAGE Our goal is to provide you, your family and friends with a pleasant interactive experience at our Takeout Food and Beverage counters. Below are some new practices that we will be utilizing in order to provide you with safe, and comfortable personal interactions with our Food and Beverage team. Dining Take Out and Dine-in Portals Restuarant Dining Room • Take out menu ordering can be done either by phone or in person. Dining room lay outs have been altered to allow social distancing. • Menus are available online or as single use, or as signage outside and inside the ordering area. Menus are available through a QR code as well. • All Food and Beverage employees will be wearing face coverings and gloves. • Gloves will be changed frequently and specifically after each guest interaction • Countertops in the ordering area will be sanitized after each interaction with a guest and at frequent intervals through the day. • All guests must wear masks or face coverings during the ordering and pick up process. Masks are required in the dining room. Please keep your mask on until you are ready to consume your food and beverage. • Only single use items will be available for food take out and drink take out. Tables will not be preset in the dining room. Your server will bring all service items to the table as needed. • Cashier stations and ordering stations are shielded for added protection. • Specific entry and exit areas are defined to limit the traffic in the area. • Social distancing reminders are present within the ordering area. • Your food will be brought from the kitchen by a masked and gloved employee and placed in a sanitized hot or cold box. Food for the dining will be covered until time of service. • The cashier station will allow you to complete a room charge with sanitized pens or utilize contactless credit card transactions. We encourage these methods as opposed to cash transactions. Service stations for dining room are sanitized and distanced to keep your transactions safe. • All kitchen, support staff and any other persons involved in restaurant operations will be abiding by Washington State Health Code and CDC guidelines. • Employees in the back of the house are trained and monitored to adhere to social distancing guidelines, utilizing appropriate PPE and working in separate workstations.
