PICTURE YOUR DREAM HOME IN SEATTLE’S BACKYARD ESCAPE Located on the sunny eastern slopes of the commanding Cascades, Suncadia enjoys 200+ days of sunshine per year (significantly more than Seattle) so it’s the perfect escape when the coastal rain feels endless. Picture yourself stepping out of urban life and into the outdoors. Here you’ll hike, fish, mountain bike, and explore nature’s possibilities on 6,400 exhilarating acres. It’s a dawn-to-dusk, spend-every-moment-outside kind of place. And because it’s just 80 easy miles from the city, you don’t spend time getting here. You spend time being here at a home you call your own. Owning at Suncadia gives your family a unique legacy – a getaway and a homecoming, all at once. Contact us for a private tour and to find your spot in the sun.
