BISTRO MIXED SALAD – with tuna fish GRILLED MEDITERRANEAN VEGETABLE SALAD - with gratinated goats cheese, toasted pine nuts, tomato preserve & basil infused olive oil

SALAD WITH PAN FRIED CHICKEN & CRISPY SPANISH HAM – plus avocado, baby lettuce leaves, orange segments, red onion, tomato and a vinagrette drizzle of honey and mustard

SQUID RINGS – dusted in chick pea flour and deep fried – «Andalusian style», served with ali oli mayonnaise

CHICKEN LIVER PATÉ - served with toast, fig jam & caramelised onion GARLIC PRAWNS -cooked in sizzling olive oil with garlic & a hint of chili PLATTER OF SPANISH HAM & CHEESE

PASTAS SPAGHETTI BOLOGNESE PENNE PASTA (gluten free) -with a homemade sauce of tomato, mediterranean vegetables & fresh basil PAPARDELLE PASTA- with a fresh cheese, prawn & smoked salmon sauce

FISH AND HOMECUT CHIPS – cod in crispy tempura batter served with a dip of homemade tartare sauce HAKE, OVEN BAKED – served with «poor man’s potatoes» - (sliced and oven baked in olive oil with onions, garlic and green peppers)

MEDITERRANEAN PRAWNS – pan sauteed prawns with onion, garlic, fresh ginger, peppers, courgette & soya sauce. Served with noodles drizzled with sesame oil FILLET OF SEA BASS – served with spinach sauteed with pine nuts and tomato, on a bed of garlic mash SOLE – simply grilled

MEAT ROAST CHICKEN - served with it’s own gravy and homecut chips PORK SHANK – slow baked & served with a delicious barbecue sauce & homecut chips MEDALLION OF PORK FILLET – served with a sweet sherry & sultana sauce accompanied with a parmesan & fresh bread crumb savoury topped apple crumble ROLLED SHOULDER OF LAMB – slow roasted & infused with rosemary, mint & honey.
