Flower petals which bloom out from the middle and it spreads to depict the youthfulness.All the petals come from the same spot, just like our bond between human. The petals indicate the willpower of all the youth to achieve the same goal that they have set. The 21 petals in the logo represents the 21 countries.Yellow is to show the bright future ahead while blue to show understanding knowledge and seriousness.
