Aqua Zumba

Low Impact Water Aerobics

Aqua Zumba® blends the Zumba® philosophy with water resistance, for one pool party you shouldn’t miss! There’s less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba® class so you can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles. See Online Schedule Highland Horizon Pool

Work on building strength, balance and endurance in this low impact exercise class. Each exercise can be modified to fit any participant’s physical ability. Class is held in standing depth water at our heated Highland Horizon Pool.

Ages: 18 years & up Fee per class: $5 BCCC Member | $6 BCMUD Resident | $7 Non-Resident
