In the Philippines, there are currently two initiatives to localize the implementation of the NAP on UNSCR 1325. The first is a government initiative spearheaded by the Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process (OPAPP) and the Philippine Commission on Women (PCW). The second is the civil-society led Localization program known as From NAP to LAP to BAP (from National Action Plan to Local Action Plan to Barangay Action Plan).
