Breakfast Social Students have an opportunity for collective learning and increased social value, along with work related learning. By arranging a time where students and RAND employees can have access to free coffee, not only is there is a boost in interaction but also information exchange. Breakfast and coffee can be served in the proposed common area within RAND. Coffee hour is a way for RAND to further shape a sense of community between all the members of RAND and Pardee, bringing them closer together.

Classrooms without Borders Any time any place- with the use of advanced technology, students can access the classroom in any other space through livestreams, AR and VR. When giving presentations or working with others, interactive boards will allow students to better translate and formulate ideas. This follows the trend of building lifetime learning for students at RAND.

Team Space By having areas for students to work together, more collaboration is encouraged. These spaces are not simply just work spaces, but also integrated with technology that accelerates the learning process. Using AI, cloud computing and the newest technology, students will have the most optimized learning experience possible. Team space acts as an informal team space for students to work together, positioned in the collaboration oor that follows the idea of One Floor One Theme.

Makerspace Visualization is very important for Pardee students. Having a Makerspace within Pardee allows students and colleagues to visualize ideas, as well as conceptualize ideas and spur creativity. Local experts are invited to work with students on any ideas they may have, and some staff and faculty are always present for students. The Makerspace comprises of a 3D printer, 3D modeling, and other tools to create. The space acts also as both a collaborative and personal work area, encouraging innovation.
