Welcome to the TL

Designed for Not-Neutral Living. The Tenderloin, in all of it's colorful, creative, cultural, beauty. It's a neighborhood that asks you to dive right in. Unapologetic and true to itself. And now you've got the perfect perch to take it all in from.

Forty-Two Unique Homes. There's One For You.

These homes were designed by Alan Tse and continue the series of modern San Francisco residences released by JS Sullivan – which embrace a distinct aesthetic of refined lines, detailed finishes, natural elements and minimalist sensibilities. Honoring the heritage and context of the location, Alan's concept merges forward design and contemporary aesthetics with a nod to classic influences and materials from the building's surroundings.
