DON BOSCO HR. SEC. SCHOOL Bengtol - 783394, Dist Chirang, BTAD
PRINCIPAL’S Message Dear Parents, Teachers, Students and Well-wishers, We are into the new scholastic year; the students are back in the school with new hopes, renewed energy and high aspirations and the academic year has begun in great earnest. A student who is eager to learn, while looking forward to grasping every opportunity for learning, will also keep looking back to ensure that he or she will not repeat the mistakes of the past. Doing anything well is not an easy process, but we believe that everything is possible and we are able to overcome challenges through our hard work and persistence. Our students have been to district and state level competitions and have been able to fare very well in both curricular as well as co-curricular activities which have given them exposure and confidence that they much need. I Assam Bn NCC Brass Band of Don Bosco School, Bengtol participating in the Republic Day Camp at Delhi and winning the accolades of all the uniformed personnel as well as the appreciation of all the VVIPs of the Government of India up to the Prime Minister is no mean achievement and it only goes to prove that our students are intelligent, multitalented and capable of very high commitment, and competence in fulfilling the commitments. Another aspect is the support our students have received from the parents and the government officials from the district and the state that has kept our motivation level high. Paulo Coelho in his book The Alchemist says that “And, when you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it.” And I truly believe it is true. When we have the desire to do something good we will find the time, energy and the resources to realize it and when you work together the results can be well beyond our expectations and much more rewarding. We have begun a new scholastic year, let us make it an enjoyable learning experience for the students, an opportunity for greater commitment for the staff and of course, a rewarding experience for the parents.
With affectionate greetings Fr. Siby John sdb
