Built in 1993, Seattle Heights was one of the first communities to use its energy efficiency as a way to attract buyers and earned an award for Energy Smart Design by Seattle City Light. At the time, Seattle Heights’ Integrated Comfort system for air conditioning, heating and ventilation was state-of-the-art for having an energy efficient system which was reported as 23% more energy efficient than local building codes required. Today, the 25-story tower has been improved even further with exterior sound and storm proofing. As for the amenities it’s tough to beat this building’s features. There is a newly remodeled lobby with 24/7 concierge service, an indoor pool, fitness room, hot-tub, sauna business center and a community room.
