History

Founded in 2019, the Street Cats Club is the only rescue in Lyon County, KS, focused on preventing stray animals. Each year, the Street Cats Club provides free spay/neuter services for hundreds of stray cats, reducing the population's growth and improving the cats' lives.

Commitment

The Street Cats Club is dedicated to removing barriers preventing cats from being spayed/neutered. Every nth, we go into the community to humanely trap, rilize, vaccinate, and return stray cats. Furthermore, created the "Lola Love Fund" to give low-income cat ners free spay/neuter surgeries. Our Foster Program vides care and support for sick, injured, and haned stray cats before adopting them into good mes. Finally, we provide cat colony caregivers with ter shelters and cat food. In line with our mission, educate the public about the importance of ying/neutering their cats.

Community

The Street Cats Club has become essential to Lyon County in under four years. The 100% volunteer-ran group has more than 30 individuals who donate their time to improve the lives of homeless cats. The group prides itself on being a good partner with animal rescues throughout the community, the state, and even the midwest. We enjoy connecting with others who share our passion for helping the less fortunate and know that working together is the best way to help.
