TALLY • Tally function (response on shorting the relevant pair of contacts).

Controlled signal parameters Video Server system modules log the following events: • Configuration change; • Video Loss; • Frozen Video; • Black Frame; • Blocking Frame; • Scrambled Video; • Stream Info: • service number and program name, • Program Map Table (PMT) pid, • Program Clock Reference (PCR) pid, • pid and codecs of audio stream, • pid and codec of video stream, • resolution of video stream and scan mode (progressive or interlace), • FPS (frames per second), • GPI input change; • EDH-error reports for SDI-signal; • TSCC error (Transport Stream Continuity Counter error); • Audio Loss; • Audio Silence (volume level is less than predefined value); • Audio Loss;

A schedule is composed to check the emergency alert response (with alarm analysis time span indication) with an option for custom response settings for each event; Information in the system operation log is constantly updated and saved in client’s (operator’s) application, where it is also possible to make a query to any available “Video Server” module in order to obtain selective information at random system operation time range; The system can be configured for response to any emergencyalert in the following ways: • Visual (graphic): changing color and frame width; • Visual (graphic): placing alarm history messages over the video. • Sounding an alarm signal; • E-mailing a message to specified address; • Upon video and/or audio signal loss computer Sound Blaster issues an alarm signal.

Hardware • Stream MultiScreen hardware and software complex is a rackmount computer with Windows operating system, which is equipped with special image and sound insertion Stream Labs cards, and relevant software. • The software for forming and editing configurations, network device control and operation register viewing can be installed on any computer and have no license number restriction.
