Learn new skills to understand the problem  Find the most appropriate solution ‘ID PARTNERS’ is a problem solving process, written in plain English, that helps you think through a problem, shows you how to research it and how to develop effective responses. It will also help you identify all the people who may be able to support you. Free training days are being run across the city for residents, community groups and agencies.
