ROASTERY Our mission is to search for the highest quality and seasonal coffees. We believe it’s very important to cooperate with all involved in the path of the coffee beans from the tree to the cup. That’s why, we have direct contacts. We work together and follow the process in which is coffee involved before entering the roastery. Roasting is a very responsible process, therefore, we are constantly learning and exploring, because we want to maintain the potential and characteristics of green beans.

STOW SPECIALITY COFFEE SHOP Stow Speciality Coffee Shop is focused on the offer of fresh roasted Speciality coffee. We want to introduce a taste of coffee to our guests in a way, they didn’t try it before. In addition to seasonal coffees we regularly offer a limited series of very exotic, rare varieties, cascara and coffee flowers. In Coffee Shop we monthly organize workshops and events.

ACADEMY With more than 20 years of experience in the world of coffee, we established two Academies – one in Maribor and other one in Kamnik – and become the leading educational institution in Slovenia. We organize training courses for both: highly qualified baristas, and as well to spread knowledge to coffee lovers. With access to the best sources of Specialty coffee, providing trainers at the academy and micro roastery STOW we provide possibility of learning about the very rare varieties, specially processed and simply exceptional seasonal coffees.
