Unless specified, all programs are FREE, drop-in, and begin the week of September 8 . Library materials and eResources are also FREE with your FREE library card. There’s no better deal in town!

COMPASS gives caregivers the tools to better manage the unique demands and challenges they experience. Topics include stress and burnout, dealing with difficult emotions like guilt and grief, putting yourself first and navigating the system. You can attend all or pick a few! COMPASS provides a safe place for caregivers to share their experiences with others who understand. This program is a partnership with Stony Plain and Spruce Grove FCSS.
