Kevin was previously a Senior Manager in IT Advisory Services for a Big Four Accounting Firm, where his tenure lasted more than a decade. His experience spans various industries, including Financial Services, Health Care, and Information Technology. Leadership

Kalena Alston-Griffin Founder & President of SGM Prior to founding SGM she spent over a decade in business development, Finance and strategy with Merrill Lynch. She worked directly for the COO of the Global Investment Banking Division, as a VP. She launched various new initiatives, joint ventures and managed global improvement initiatives within Investment Banking and Private Client. Her work has been honored by several organizations and publications. She holds a BA from Bowdoin College, MBA from Georgetown University and lives in Kensington, MD.
