Thank you to all of those who contacted me with positive feedback about my first edition, I’m pleased that this information is of interest to you. With winter just around the corner, the weather is starting to cool down but not the property market. Historically the next few months are generally the strongest when it comes to property sale in Shepparton. This is due largely to (as I like to say) our reputation for being the ‘Education Mecca for Victoria’. Families look to purchase now and relocate in January so that they can be prepared for the new school year…and if the last few weeks are any indication, we’re sure to have a bumper period ahead !I’ve been experiencing great enquiry on the properties I currently have listed for sale with several having sold for fantastic prices in the last few weeks.
