We have not been able to start the Get Moving class back up since we haven’t been able to find an instructor. At this month’s Parish Wellness committee meeting, the group voted to ask the congregation for volunteers to teach this group. The group previously met on Thursdays at 8:30am for 45 minutes. They used weights and bands and would like to continue the same format. Please contact Linda McMurry or the Church office if you are interested.
