As the busy season approaches make sure you are helping your family focus on things that are most important. Through the hussel and bussel of the holidays we can get swept up in the chaos. Plan ahead and find ways to remind yourself to slow down and do things as a family that are meaningful. Take 30 minutes to sit down and put reminders in your phone that will remind you what it is you want for your family this holiday season.
Or have a family meeting this week and discuss as a family, ways you can remind yourself what the holidays are about. How can your family show this Thanksgiving how grateful you are? How can your family share the birth of Jesus with others this Christmas? I challenge each of you to make this holiday season meaningful! Blessings, D’Lea In November we will be learning all about GRATITUDE. In December we will be learning all about GENEROSITY.
We have had a great time learning about Stewardship in Children’s Worship, Kid’s Live, and Grace Kids. Keep the conversation going with your kids about how they can be good stewards of their time, love, stuff, and money.
