HOLIDAY HORS D’ OEUVRES PARTY MENUS 2010 The prices listed below are based on a minimum count of 50, if your #’s are lower than 50, the price per person will go up 10-20%, and if your #’s are 100 or above the price per person will go down. Our minimum is $750.00 (food & beverage) to cater a party on a weekday, & a minimum of $1000.00 (f&b) to cater a party on Friday or Saturday in the month of DECEMBER (includes Friday & Saturday after Thanksgiving). + Tax + 20% staff fee + rental items you may need. MISCELLANEOUS: Prices include 2 non-alcoholic beverage choices, such as: Colas, coffee/hot tea, hot Wassail, lemonade, and Tutti Fruiti tea; AND will include the hard clear plastic cups and plates, unless using rental glass.

* To the per person prices above, You will need to add 9.5% tax, 20% staff fee + gratuity at your discretion; and the rental of Old Quarters (or the Café) $300.00 if you are using our facility, plus any rental you will need for the evening/day, such as cloths/tables/chairs, glassware, stainless. 1. If you want/need to add food items to the menus above, just let me know and I can give you a price per person for those added items. Note Green $ are additions for that item. 2. We set-up, service and clean up, all food remaining is yours to keep.

3. If you need us to serve beer and wine, we can do so at an additional charge of $75.00 per bar staff. If however, you are having a full bar, we charge $100.00 - $125.00 per bartender/s for the evening.
