Elly has been an integral part of our Admin team for the last four years, firstly as an Intern, then as Office Administrator. Elly leaves on 15 October to start maternity leave and we would like to give her a farewell gift. If you would like to contribute, please put donations in an envelope marked Elly Woodhead.

7.45-9pm, Mon 19 Oct, Centre Quiet Place has changed its name to ‘Being Still’ and will meet twice a term instead of monthly. The next meeting will take place on the date above. The Israel / Palestine Network has changed its name to the Dialogue and Reconciliation Network. This new network will have the brief of looking at issues of peace and conflict in the wider Middle East rather than in Israel and Palestine alone. If you would like to join us or would like more details do let David Kibble know; members of the old network are not transferred to the new one unless they have asked!

7.30-10pm, Tue 17 Nov, Church Run by Care for the Family, this practical and insightful event is for all parents of under 12s. Rob Parsons and Katharine Hill will be giving top tips and advice on topics such as boundaries, communication and independence. Tickets are £6, available online.
