Move

Sitting in stillness, dawning thoughts arise and glide ‘pon bird’s call, wind’s breath. ~ Hard ride in hot sun men pushing pedals pulling chain sweat drips ‘pon pavement. ~ Bite the bit and pull through with fire moving faster than age or time; Go!


Petals Blond mane covering soft closed eyes saw sleeping dream petals rise and fall. ~ Her lavender robe’s sweet unfolding… falls, scent, gone to winter’s hip and thorn ~ The rose cloud kisses mountains settling in the east softly cool comes night.


Kipilavastu Born archaic earth the dust bronze children blossom petaling rainbows. ~ Drummer of the dust offers perpetual prayer to palace prince gone. ~ Polished stone smiling fat sat a Buddha baby hippopotamus.


Morning Wake to dawn’s breaththe barest breeze, cool upon my face. safe in solitude. ~ Rise to morning songbirds chorus sings for the sun cresting eastern ridge. ~ Welcoming sun’s light the last cool breath of morning time for one bird’s song.


Desert First light’s dawning a Joshua Tree silhouette black blades bleed orange. ~ Mornings goldening sun warms gray rock rising still reaching to sky’s height. ~ Chocolate varnish painted boulders southern slopes ever tumbling still. ~ Winters silver light searches brittle barren brush hiding the silent hare.
