Operations Focus

Operations Focus Campus Club Coordinator (CCC) Summary Develops and leads campus club. Assists with planning and overseeing program execution. Responsible for ensuring delivery of school programs and various outreach events. Key Responsibilities Consult with support team Coordinate general assemblies and support meetings Ensure messages distributed to entire team Work with MRCs to implement succession plan Conduct campus club application process Ensure SRM approval for all campus events Communicate progress with Associated Roles All Ideal Candidate A campus club coordinator has excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. They are able to accept new ideas, plan strategically, and work with all levels of the organization. Commitment 4 - 6 hours per week Number of Positions: 1 - 2

Delivery Coordinator (DC) Summary Arranges for program delivery to classrooms and community groups. Key Responsibilities Coordinate mentor schedules with participating schools and groups Build relations with teachers, administrators, and group leaders Perform follow-up evaluations Complete routine program drop-ins for quality control Ensure proper materials for simulation/event are on hand Communicate with other DCs to ensure consistent execution Inform CCCs of program status Associated Roles CCC SC Ideal Candidate A delivery coordinator is a great communicator who is results-oriented and approachable. They possess good organizational skills and a passion for sustainability and environmental issues. Commitment 4 - 5 hours per week Number of Positions: 2-3

Simulation Chair (SC) Summary Leads simulations both in schools and community groups. Key Responsibilities Facilitates simulation activities Coordinates simulation day with mentors and teachers Works with DCs to ensure consistent delivery Associated Roles DC Ideal Candidate A simulation chair is a great communicator who is results-oriented and approachable. They have good public speaking and organizational skills as well as a passion for sustainability and environmental issues. Commitment 4 - 5 hours per week Number of Positions: 1-3


Marketing Focus

Marketing Focus Communications Coordinator (CC) Summary Coordinates all outreach, media relations and manages external interfaces. Aligns all communications to ensure consistency and manageability. Key Responsibilities Manage social media (Twitter, Facebook, etc.) Prepare newsletter Network with on- and off-campus organizations Liaises with media Inform CCCs of communications status Associated Roles CCC Ideal Candidate A communications coordinator has excellent writing and presentation skills and a strong desire to grow one's own network. Logistics experience is an asset as well as web management and graphic design. Commitment 4 - 6 hours per week Number of Positions: 1 - 2

Mentor & Recruitment Coordinator (MRC) Summary Recruits mentors, delivers training programs and ensures informational and involvement needs of mentors are met. Key Responsibilities Promote program to potential and existing mentors Run recruitment campaigns with PCs Organize on-going training Create and review succession planning with PRC Build relationships with mentors Inform CCCs of recruitment status Associated Roles CCC CC PRC PC Ideal Candidate A mentor coordinator is approachable and has excellent organizational skills. They are able to work closely with other coordinators. Logistics and presentation skills are an asset. Commitment 4 - 5 hours per week Number of Positions: 1 - 2

Partner Relations Coordinator (PRC) Summary Grows and develops community partnerships and other relations. Key Responsibilities Promote program within community Create and review succession plan with MRCs Pursue community partners Perform community outreach Inform CCCs of partnership status Associated Roles CCC CC MRC PC Ideal Candidate A partner relations coordinator is approachable and has excellent professional communication skills. They are able to work closely with other organizations in the community and province. They possess strategic business and financial skills. Commitment 4 - 6 hours per week Number of Positions: 1 - 2

Promotions Coordinator (CC) Summary Ensures right message is delivered to the right people through the right media. Responsible for providing information about organization and campus club events to the media as well as general public. Key Responsibilities Develop campus presence Deliver marketing ventures to appropriate audience Build local brand with PRCs Organizes promotional events Works with CCs and MRCs to formulate cohesive strategies Associated Roles CCC CC MRC PRC Ideal Candidate A promotions coordinator has strong communication and interpersonal skills. They are passionate about making a difference in their community. Marketing skills are an asset. Commitment 4 - 6 hours per week Number of Positions: 1 - 2


Development Focus

Development Focus Program Development Coordinator (PDC) Summary Ensures materials evolve and are communicated throughout school programs and other outreach events. Key Responsibilities Manage all tools and materials Monitor availability of new tools and materials Develop new tools and materials Distribute tools and materials to mentors and partners Inform CCCs of development status Associated Roles CCC DC SC CC Ideal Candidate A program development coordinator has excellent writing skills and creative sense. They are flexible and willing to work with all levels of the organization while pursuing new methods of program delivery. Commitment 4 - 6 hours per week Number of Positions: 1 - 2
