Introduction

New Fetter Place is a new environmentally designed development by Kirkbi Real Estate Investments A/S which will comprise 92,000 sq ft and is under construction with completion in summer 2012. The development is located opposite New Street Square in the heart of Midtown and is arranged around a central courtyard. The two buildings can be occupied separately or together via interconnecting bridge links. The high quality architectural design provides occupiers with a stunning double height reception, panoramic lifts and fantastic views across Central London. No compromise has been made in creating an attractive and efficient space to work.

At the heart of the development is a new landscaped courtyard. Sculptured glazed glass totems within the landscape geometry will help to reinforce the link between this space and the surrounding public realm as well as increasing the visual permeability of the office spaces.
