Currently, Herman Battle has been in the role of Brand Management Consultant at Imperium Consulting Group for 7 years. As the Brand Management Consultant, he primarily defines and orchestrates all consumer-facing activities with a view to increase brand desire regionally and nationally. Herman will effectively and efficiently guide powerful, compelling and commercial viable stories to connect with consumers. Prior to Imperium Consulting Group, he held the role of brand manager for Reebok. Herman earned an MBA from the Leonard N. Stern Business School at New York University and a BS in Fashion Business Management at the Fashion Institute of Technology.

HERMAN BATTLEBRAND MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT

Leighton Batiste is the Creative Consultant for Imperium Consulting Group. Since joining the group in Tevon Stephney is the Economic Consultant for 2013, Leighton has held the responsibilities of Imperium. He is responsible for influencing business overseeing national creative initiatives and and portfolio strategies through data research and communications, creative services and creative analysis. He has been with Imperium Consulting direction for product design. Leighton is also Group since 2014. He visualizes information and responsible for leading brand-building initiatives that executes appropriate analytics that leads to drive business growth, consumer relevance and operational improvements. Tevon manages the national alignment. By joining Imperium, Leighton company’s data to ensure quality and consistency brings over 10 years of experience in marketing and that improve sales performance, customer branding. Leighton was hired at Imperium after his profitability and influences the strategic direction. success with the Women’s National Basketball Tevon spent eight years at Nike as Senior Financial Association as Vice President of Marketing. Leighton Analyst leading various analytical projects and Batiste received a BA in Product & Brand Management running a campus program that hired and developed from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University quantitative leaders for the Company. He earned an Undergrad degree in Finance & Economics from and earned his MBA in Marketing from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. As the Marketing Consultant for Imperium Consulting Group with four-year tenure, Gary Awkard is responsibility for the development and implementation of marketing procedures for our clients. His job includes targeting consumers, rebranding, and constructing impact driven marketing strategies. Gary brings 8 years of prior experience to Imperium, as he was the Brand Manager of Under Armor and a marketing research analyst for AMC Entertainment Inc.   He is a graduate of the University of Maryland, where he earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a minor in sociology. He earned a Master's of Business Administration from Georgetown University.  

GARY AWKAWARDMARKETING CONSULTANT

Terrell Anderson is Senior Financial Consultant at Imperium Consulting Group. Terrell Joined Imperium in 2013 and has 8 years of experience in Finance. He was previously an Equity Research Associate at Morgan Stanley where he was frequently brought onto networks such as CNBC and Bloomberg to share his thoughts on the markets. Prior Industry experience includes work as an Equity Research Analyst at Bridgewater Associates. His role includes analyzing and improving clients financial future by offering information and advice on Investments, taxes, and cash management. Terrell’s primary goal is to help clients realize their financial potential so they can continuously grow their operations. Terrell earned a BA in Accounting from Duke University and an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School of Business. 

TERRELL ANDERSONFINANCIAL CONSULTANT

Ibn Faiz-Gross is currently the Organizational Development Consultant at Imperium Consulting Group. He has been dealing with organizational development for a total of seven years. Ibn has been enlisted in the U.S. Army for 9 years and created multiple training programs for soldiers across the U.S. increasing the efficiency and basic training graduation rate by 25%. His main concern is to step into any firm or environment, and increase their profits by creating a plan that will help build and invigorate necessary skills to achieve projected goals. Ibn attained his BA in Business Management and Psychology from New York University. Later he went on to Duke University and received his MBA from The Wharton School of Business.
